The KH69R is the standard throat plate and feed dog for Durkopp Adler 69 and other machines with the same arm design. This is the throat plate and feed dog that would come with the standard, general purpose configuration of the sewing machine. You can also use it to convert a machine that was set up for binding work back to a general purpose machine.
