Remote Service Call via FaceTime or Skype

I offer remote service calls and trouble shooting sessions via Apple Facetime or Skype worldwide in English or German.

The concept: Using our cell phones for a video call, you can show me close-up live video of your machine and explain to me what the problem is. I can then analyze the symptoms and advise you in real time about repair or adjustment options. For simple repairs or adjustment, I can walk you through the procedure while on the call.
